About Cook's Farm and Bakery

    In 1974, Lucius and Marjorie Cook purchased an orchard in Brimfield, MA. Soon after, Marjorie started baking apples pies in her kitchen to sell. When lines started forming at her door, Marjorie started the bakery and expanded her line of famously delicious baked goods.

    In recent years, Simeon Cook has carried on the fine tradition that his mother Marjorie began. Simeon still runs the bakery in Brimfield during apple season but has also opened a new bakery with his wife on their farm in Newbury, VT

    Cook’s Farm is a small, family owned and operated farm. Everyday we are inspired by the fresh air and beauty of the landscape around us, so we use responsible farming practices and try to make as little of an impact on the land and trees as possible. We believe everyone should be able to taste the bounty that the earth has to offer and thus strive to bring you delicious, all natural treats that will bring a smile to your face.
